		<description>This seems like it would be a downhill battle (is that a term?) - the more you practice this, the more willing people will be to work *with* you on conflict situations.

I&#039;m going to print this out and post it over my computer. Invariably, any time I get &quot;snippy&quot; on the phone or in an email it comes back to bite me (it will turn out to be *my* mistake, not theirs... argh).
